Release Your Mind from the Grip
of Anxiety through
Meditation
Having practiced meditation
seriously for over 10 years, I never experience any exotic sensations such
as out-of-body experience or hallucinatory visions (I am pretty sure drugs
do a better job on that). Nor have I acquire the ability to do anything
that I couldn't. Those have never been what I am looking for.
What I am going to present here has nothing to do with cult, religion or superstition. It is concrete experience verified by myself and can be explained with the current available biological and psychological knowledge. |
About Me
I am currently A graduate student working for my Ph. D in psychology in the US.
My research interests are anxiety and its disorders, such as
generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive and compulsive disorders and phobias.
For the last couple of years I have been working with people with snake phobia.
I am looking forward to project for testing my way of
